How to Service a Pitman Arm on 2005 Jeep Wrangler?

To service the Pitman Arm, take the cotter pin and nut off the drag link and then take the drag link ball stud off. Remove the steering gear shaft nut and washer and mark for reference. Install the pitman arm, tighten the nut and reattach the drag link using a new cotter pin.
