How to Maintain and Fix a Steering Wheel on 2005 Jeep Wrangler?

To service the steering wheel, turn off and disconnect the driver's airbag. Partially unscrew the steering wheel bolt and then use puller C-3894-A to remove the wheel. Install a new bolt, tightening it to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.), and reinstall the airbag to obtain proper Clock Spring operation.
