How to Service and Repair the Intake Manifold Lower on 2006 Chrysler 300?

To repair the lower intake manifold, drain fuel pressure, disconnect battery and remove upper manifold. Remove the fuel rail and check the bottom manifold for damage. Clean surfaces, install gasket, and re-install components making sure they are aligned and connected correctly before re-installing the upper intake manifold.
