How to Service and Repair a Hood Latch on 2006 Chrysler Crossfire?

To service the hood latch open the hood and remove the bolts and remove the pull cable. Before pulling out the latch indicate the position of the catch. Apply lubricant and fit the new latch making sure the cables are laid properly. Fit tighten bolts to 8 N.m, position hood, and check alignment.
