How to Service a Blower Motor Resistor on 2006 Chrysler Sebring?

In order to service the blower motor resistor, one will have to disable the air bag system by cutting the negative battery cable and wait a period of two minutes. Unplug the wire harness of the resistor, unplug it and install the new one. Reassemble all parts and screws tightening to 2 N.m(17 in. lbs.).
