How to Maintain the Fuel Door on 2006 Dodge Caravan?

To service the fuel door, remove the left quarter trim panel and water shield. Disengage the latch release link, open the fuel door and pull the fuel neck off. Release clips to remove fuel door and install new door and reassemble all parts with proper operation.
