How to Service and Repair the Right-Side Battery Tray on 2006 Dodge Ram 3500?

When replacing or repairing the battery tray on the right side, remove the battery from its place, take away the right front wheelhouse splash shield and cut the right front fender ground wire. Then, remove the screws from the air box mount and the bracket connecting the grid heater to the relay and unfasten all the other battery tray bolts to remove the tray. Put the battery tray assembly in place, fix it with retaining bolts, reattach the right front fender ground wire and remount the air box and grid heater relay bracket. After that, attach the right front wheelhouse splash shield and put the battery back in.
