Apply a good-quality body sealant when you install the hinges if they're being moved or replaced. Connect the top and bottom hinge bolts to the lower door hinge, setting them both to 28 N.m (21 ft.lbs.). After that, snug up the last set of hinge to hinge pillar bolts 3 and 4 with a torque of 28 N.m (21 ft.lbs.).
