How to Service and Repair a Steering Knuckle on 2006 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

The steering knuckle may be repaired by lifting the vehicle and removing the front wheels. Disassemble the brake caliper, hub/bearing and loosen up the tie rod with tool C-3894-A. Take the strut and the lower ball joint out and replace the knuckle, tightening all the parts and repositioning the toe where necessary.
