How to Maintain Fuel Injectors on a 4-Cylinder Engine on 2006 Dodge Stratus?

To service fuel injectors on a 4 cylinder engine, remove the fuel rail first. Take out each injector, checking and changing damaged O-rings and clips. Lubricate new O-rings with engine oil before installation. Carefully fit injectors into fuel rail and re-fit fuel rail.
