How to Maintain and Fix a Throttle Cable on 2006 Jeep Wrangler?

To fix the throttle cable, remove the accelerator pedal retainer and cable core wire. Remove the cable housing from the dash panel and air box. Hold the throttle open and unmount the cable and slide out the cable. For installation reverse the steps and check for binding before starting the engine.
