How to Maintain and Fix a Door Lock Switch on 2007 Chrysler 300?

In order to fix the Power Door Lock Switch, one should reconnect the battery in case it was disconnected. Dis-connect the negative battery cable, and take out the door trim panel. Lastly, remove the window/lock switch of the door trim panel using a flat tool.
