How to Install a Starter Motor for a 2.7L Engine on 2007 Chrysler 300?

To install the 2.7L engine starter motor, maneuver the engine starter motor past the transmission and exhaust, insert the plastic retainer into the dust shield and lock it into place. Install the starter bolts, electrical wiring, intermediate shaft alignment and pinch bolt tightening. Finally, reinstall the splash shield and connect the battery again.
