How to Install the Crankshaft Timing Gear on 2007 Chrysler Pacifica?

The crankshaft timing gear goes on with its timing mark directed outside and the timing slot placed on top of the timing pin. Fit the timing gear using Special Tool 8452 and guarantee it is flush against the crankshaft. After changing the transmission, proceed to install the timing chain as well as the camshaft sprocket.
