How to Service and Repair a Fuel Level Sensor on Gas Engines on 2007 Chrysler Sebring?

The first step in repairing fuel level sensors (in non FFV vehicles) is to remove the fuel pump module before anything else. Hold down or push the little tab to separate the fuel pump/level sensor connector from the bottom of the fuel pump module. After that, take out the locking wedge. Pull the locking finger up using the small screwdriver and push the level and ground terminals out of the connector. The last step is to take the level sensor out of the channel inside the module.
