How to Service and Repair a Rear Blend Door Actuator on 2007 Chrysler Town & Country?

Disconnect the rear HVAC housing, put it on a workbench and then work on the air door actuator/motor. After that, separate the rear HVAC wire harness connector from the rear blend door actuator. Afterwards, undo the two screws holding the rear blend door actuator to the back of the rear HVAC housing and remove the actuator.
