How to Safely Remove and Service a Blower Motor Resistor on 2007 Chrysler Town & Country?

To service the blower motor resistor, disable the air bag system, disconnect the negative battery cable and wait for two minutes. Make sure there is no blower motor for five minutes. Then, pull the glove box out, unplug the wire harness connectors and unscrew the resistor from the HVAC housing.
