2007 Dodge Caliber Washer Reservoir Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Install a Washer Reservoir on 2007 Dodge Caliber?
A: Put the reservoir into the right front side of the engine, then slide the post at the base of the reservoir into the hole in the front wheel house. Insert the mounting screw into the tab on the back of the reservoir filler neck and screw it into the bracket on the right front strut tower. To avoid problems with the washer systems, attach the front and rear vehicle hoses directly to the reservoir hoses from the washer pump. Attach the front and rear washer hoses to the reservoir washer hoses high on the strut tower and reconnect the harnesses for the headlamps and dash to the washer pump/motor before closing everything. On gasoline engines, install the coolant reserve container toward the washer reservoir's inside edge and for diesel engines, install the coolant pressure container in the same place and secure them both with the suitable fasteners after consulting the instructions. Fill the washer reservoir again with the same washer fluid and then connect the reattached battery negative cable.
