How to Service and Repair a Brake Drum on 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan?

To work on the brake drum, lift the vehicle, remove the tire and wheel assembly, then proceed. After that, remove the plug covering the rear brake shoe adjusting hole. Press the adjusting lever open with a small screwdriver so it doesn't connect with the notches in the adjusting screw star wheel. Then, add a second thin screwdriver into the same hole and press the notched sections of the brake adjusting screw star wheel upwards to release it. Next, get the rear brake drum off the rear hub/bearing assembly and if help is needed, insert M8 X 1.25 MM bolts into the two holes to push it off.
