After that, turn each of the upper hinge bolts (2, 1 and 3) to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). Fix the door if required. Attach the hinge and the b-pillar bolts to the lower hinge and tighten upper hinge bolt (2), upper hinge bolt (1) and upper hinge bolt (3) to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). Replace the hinge to door washers, if you removed them and tighten the nut and bolt to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). If necessary, adjust the door and then finish with the installation of the lower b-pillar trim.
