How to Service and Repair a Wheel Cover on 2007 Dodge Ram 2500?

In order to service the wheel cover, you need to align the valve stem into the notch, and then seat one side of the wire retainer onto the wheel. Use a rubber mallet to hit the opposite side until properly seated. Make sure there is a gap and then pull on the hub cap to verify installation.
