How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer on 2007 Dodge Ram 3500?

First, remove the negative cable from the battery before touching the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley. Then, get rid of the accessory drive belt and clear the cooling system of liquid. Subsequently, take out the radiator upper hose and the fan shroud. After that, take out the crankshaft harmonic balancer bolt and insert tool 8513A to take it out together with 1023 Three Jaw Puller.
