How to Maintain and Fix a Tailgate Handle on 2007 Dodge Ram 3500?

To fix the tailgate handle, you have to open the tailgate and pull out the liner. Unscrew ten bolts attaching the cover, and mark the locations of the actuator rods. Unscrew the rods and take out the two nuts that are holding the handle and control and lastly remove the control and handle out of the tailgate.
