2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500 Brake Master Cylinder Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Properly Bleed a Brake Master Cylinder Before Installation on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500?
A: Before you begin, always bleed the vehicle's system to get rid of air. The tools necessary are bleed tubes and a stick to stroke pistons, where the bleed tubes may be designed from brake line. Place the brake master cylinder in a vise, as a first step. After that, link the bleed tubes to the sides of the cylinder and then connect the bottom ends of each tube to reservoir 1. Pour new brake fluid into the second reservoir. By pressing the cylinders with the wood dowel, then releasing them, you allow the springs to drive the pistons back into place. Keep stirring until air bubbles can no longer be seen in the fluid.
