  A: To do maintenance on the fuel injector, start with releasing the pressure in the fuel system by removing the tank's Filler Tube Cap. After that, separate the negative battery cable and take out both the air duct and air box from the throttle body. Take off the Fuel Line from the Fuel Rail and disconnect any important Vacuum Lines from the Throttle Body. Then, take the Harness Connectors off each of the 6 fuel injectors and off the Throttle Body and move the Engine Harness to one side. After taking off the Four Fuel Rail Mounting Bolts, rock gently the left side of the fuel rail until the injectors clear the holes in the cylinder head, then repeat the process for the right side. After that, disconnect the Fuel Rail from the engine, open the seal on the fuel injector by pulling it out of the rail and separate both components.
