2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500 Intake Manifold Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Install and Connect Components to an Intake Manifold on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500?
A: Lay the intake manifold in place and hold it in place with the corresponding bolts. Start with the air pump solenoid vacuum line, add the power brake booster vacuum line next and end with the EVAP purge solenoid hose all at the intake manifold. Place the fuel rail and its bolts and after that, connect the fuel line and fuel rail electrical and injector harness connectors. Guide the engine harness and add the engine harness bolts to keep the harness in place. Afterwards, link the market for Electronic throttle control to its solenoid, add the Mass Air Flow sensor and link it too, then hook up the MAP Sensor harness connector, the Tumbler Valve Solenoid connector, the throttle sensor connector and the Short Runner connector. Connect the left and right hand intake and exhaust camshaft position sensors, along with the crankcase ventilation sensor hose. Secure the oil separator tube to the oil separator and join the power brake booster vacuum line connector to it. Add the PCM brackets and bolts, before fitting the PCM and its connector. After that, put on the intake air tube, then install the air filter housing, refill the coolant and hook up the negative battery cable.
