How to Install a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Always remember to position the front crankshaft seal so that it doesn't get in contact with anything or there could be oil leakage. Place the alignment key in the crankshaft against the key way in the harmonic balancer and put the balancer in place, tightening the bolt to 304 Nm plus an extra 90 degrees. Following that, place the drive belt on the pulleys and lower the belt tensioner. Take away special tool #9102 flywheel locking tool. Put in the transmission thermal bypass valve as well as the transmission cooler lines. After that, put on the intermediate and front underbody splash shields, then bring down the vehicle and hook the negative battery cable back up.
