How is the Hood Latch Installed on 2007 Jeep Compass?

Installation of the hood latch requires the connection of the cable to the latch and then attaching it to the upper radiator crossmember and then loosely fitting the two bolts. Fit it by reference marks, and then screw up the bolts to 13.5 Nm (10 ft. lbs.).
