  A: When changing the intake manifold, wipe down all its gasket areas and put in a replacement intake manifold gasket. Following that, connect the intake manifold and tighten its bolts to 25 Nm (220 in. lbs.). After that, set the fuel rail assembly on the intake manifold, secure the bolts to 23 Nm (200 in. lbs.) and plug in the fuel injector electrical wires. Look for damage on the quick connect fittings and if any is found, change them and then join the fuel line. Put the other negatively charged jumper cable back on the battery and add coolant to the cooling system. Place the housing and clean air hose after that and start the engine to check for leaks. Don't forget to install the engine cover last.
