How to Replace an Air Filter Element on 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Before you replace the air filter, first release the clamp and separate the air duct at the air cleaner cover. After that, take off the 4 spring clips holding the housing cover, so the cover can be released from the locating tabs and easily removed. Take out the air cleaner after that, clean the inside of the housing and then place the new air filter inside. When you must remove the entire housing assembly, open the clamp, separate the air duct from the air cleaner and lift the unit from the 4 pins.
