How to Install Door Hinges on the Rear on 2007 Jeep Wrangler?

You should use a body sealant on the hinges when you remove or move them to install the rear door hinges. First, put in hinges 2 and 3 and then add bolts 1 and 4. Bring the hinges into position on the door by using the marks made just now and tighten each bolt to 26 Nm (19 ft. lbs.). After that, put the body hinges in place, starting with the ones at 1 and 4 and fasten bolts 2 and 3. Set these hinges in place against the vehicle body with their marks matching and secure the bolts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). Then, install door 2.
