How to Service and Repair a Back Up Light Switch on 2008 Chrysler Crossfire?

First, withdraw the negative battery cable prior to working on the back up lamp switch. Following this, release the parking brake, put the transmission in reverse and raise the body of the vehicle. Disconnect the connector from the back up lamp switch harness, then get rid of the retaining bolt for the back up lamp switch. After that, take out the back up lamp switch and o-ring seal from inside the transmission.
