How to Service and Repair a Seat Motor Recliner on 2008 Chrysler Crossfire?

Before starting to service or repair the power seat motor, take the negative battery cable off. After that, open the seat back cover to expose the motor for your recliner. Following that, remove the bolt that holds the recliner motor to the seat back frame. Lift the boot on the reclining mechanism and slide the connector out of the motor harness. Remove the snap ring from the shaft and withdraw the shaft from the seat back frame after that. Also, remove the recliner motor when you finish.
