How to Maintain and Fix a Window Motor on 2008 Chrysler Crossfire?

Opening up the console to service or fix a power window motor, begin by turning off the negative battery cable. After that, remove the door interior trim panel. Be sure to peel away the watershield near the power window motor and exposing the motor's main rivets and the harness connector, holding the motor while you loosen the three attached rivets. After the rivets are drilled out, remove the connector from the power window motor and then take out the motor from the door.
