How to Replace the Left Dimmer Switch on 2008 Chrysler Sebring?

In order to substitute the left multi-function switch, disconnect battery negative cable and leave it two minutes. Take off the shrouds of the steering column, unscrew the switch and pull it out to disconnect the electrical connector. Lastly, un-plug the instrument panel wiring harness and un-screw the switch off the Clock Spring.
