• Q: How to Detach the Liftgate Spoiler on 2008 Dodge Caliber?

  A: For both Non Srt 4 and Srt 4 models, first lift the liftgate and then remove the upper molding to take out the spoiler. After that, on the Non Srt 4, remove 5 body bolts and the four nuts holding the spoiler in place and then pop out the middle push pin. If your vehicle has the parts, disconnect the wire from the satellite and the Chmsl before taking off the spoiler. Following the removal of the liftgate upper molding from Srt 4, remove side body plugs and nuts from the spoiler studs and finally unplug the electrode from the stop lamp high in the center. Remove the satellite wire connector and disconnect the hose from the washer nozzle if your vehicle has them and then remove the spoiler from the liftgate. For the last step, clear away any adhesive marks with the Mopar Super Clean solvent or with a comparable product.
