Then, slide the driver air bag mounting screws into the air bag and from behind the steering wheel, secure the two screws to the driver air bag by tightening them to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.). Be sure not to connect the battery negative cable before carrying out the system test, because doing so could lead to serious or even fatal injuries.
