How to install a battery tray on 2008 Dodge Durango?

Align the two tabs on the front of the vehicle (1) and mount the battery tray so it sits flush to the front. Slide the battery tray (1) into the vehicle and tighten the four bolts (2) below the tray to 12.4 Nm (110 in. lbs.). Next, fit in the front wheelhouse splash shield on the right side and install both the tire and the wheel onto the axle. After that, put in the top bolts for the battery tray on the fender frame, then tighten using a torque of 12.4 Nm (110 in. lbs.). In the end, fix the battery on the spot where it belongs inside the tray.
