2008 Dodge Durango Windshield Washer Nozzle Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Service and Replace a Windshield Washer Nozzle Without Damaging It on 2008 Dodge Durango?
A: Because the windshield washer spray nozzle is attached to a single metal piece called the latch, removing the nozzle will ruin the latch and require you to fit a new one. Position the new rear washer nozzle into the mounting hole close to the liftgate by making sure that the rubber gasket attaches to the back of the nozzle. After that, join the washing machine hose (1) to the barbed section on the back of the nozzle. Following that, slide the hose and nozzle into the mounting hole on the liftgate outer panel and push up to fit the tab of the nipple onto the edge of the hole above. After that, push your fingers along the lower edge of the nozzle firmly until it clicks into position.
