How to Remove and Replace the Drive Belt on a 3.3/3.8L Engine on 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Prior to replacing the accessory drive belt on a 3.3/3.8L motor, hoist the vehicle off the ground and take off the drive belt shield. Be careful not to permit the drive belt tensioner to snap-back suddenly, as doing so could damage the tensioner or pose a hazard to personal injury. Set a wrench on the belt tensioner lug, then relieve tension by turning the tensioner counterclockwise. After the tension is off, loosen and pull the drive belt off and gently restore the tensioner to its at-rest position.
