How to Service and Repair a Lash Adjuster on 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Take out the cylinder head(s) before servicing and repairing the lifter and lash adjuster. After that, pull out the yoke retainer and the aligning yokes. Place Special Tool C-4129 or a similar tool, into each hydraulic lifter bore and slowly remove the lifters by hand. When lifters are used again, be certain they are installed back in the same place they came from.
