In order to eliminate the muffler, lift the vehicle and offload rear suspension. Dress nuts with penetrating oil, loosen band clamp and detach the muffler and the converter pipe. Clean rubbers by hand with a help of soapy water. Clean the ends of pipes and dispose of damaged ones.
