How to Maintain and Fix a Steering Column Cover on 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Before starting any repairs or service, lower the tilt lever so it is positioned down and released. After that, unscrew the hinges fastening the upper shroud to the lower one and start separating them by using pressure on the side where they attach. When finished, take out the upper shroud, then screw out the fixings that hold the lower shroud to the column and remove the lower shroud.
