How to Remove and Replace the Upper Intake Manifold on 2008 Dodge Magnum?

To start the process, unhook the negative terminal on your car battery. After that, unclip the throttle body air inlet hose and take out the air cleaner housing assembly. Separate the electrical connections from the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor, Electronic Throttle Control and Manifold Tuning Valve. After that, remove the Vapor Purge hose, Brake Booster hose and Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) hose. Take off the manifold support brackets and the upper EGR tube from each the intake manifold and the EGR valve. Once those steps are done, get rid of the manifold bolts and take the upper manifold out. After that, remove the foam cover and check the manifold.
