How to Remove the Electronic EGR Valve and Solenoid Assembly on 2008 Dodge Nitro?

To remove the EGR valve and solenoid, note the Diagnostic Trouble Codes and remove the negative battery cable. Remove the tube mounting bolts, remove the tube and remove the gasket. Disconnect the electrical connector, remove the solenoid mounting bolts and remove the solenoid, discarding the gasket underneath.
