The urethane takes 24 hours to cure so as to install a replacement windshield. Wipe the windshield fence, and leave 1-2 mm of old urethane. Position the new windshield in the middle, position glass adhesive and form urethane bead. Install and fit the windshield and make sure that the gaps are correct, followed by a water test upon curing.
