You should wait at least 24 hours for the urethane to cure already before starting the car again. Roll down both front-door windows and open the rear sliding glass if possible, so that you don't create extra pressure inside that could cause water to leak. Wipe away most of the old urethane stuck on the windshield fence, so only about 1-2 mm remains. Put the replacement windshield inside the window opening and line it up with the support spacers. Before removing the glass, mark the outside edge where the spacers touch it. Put the windshield inside up on a proper work surface and place two cushioned wooden blocks in parallel, 75 cm apart. Use Mopar(R) Glass Cleaner and a clean cloth to wash the windshield inside, leaving a 25 mm clear glass primer line near the edges and rub clean with another dry cloth. Follow the windshield molding, applying the black-out primer so it is 15 mm wide on the top and sides, 25 mm on the bottom and dries for at least three minutes. Put the new support spacers on the support bracket and set it at the lowest height, then put seven foam spacers on the inside windshield at its minimum points, together with three foam spacers a minimum of 3 mm from the top. Make the urethane bead into a narrow triangle by notching the applicator tip and place a 13 mm high and 10 mm wide bead around the edge of the windshield, applying it 7 mm inboard at the top and 14 mm from the edge on all other sides. Hold the windshield over the car, with your helper helping and place it over the opening, so that the reference marks on the bottom and the windshield are aligned with the support spacers. Carefully lower the windshield until the lowest corners are lined up and push the windshield on to the fence along the A-Pillars. Record a gap of 1.5 mm to 3 mm between the roof and windshield while tightening the adjustable support brackets. Mist the support spacers and wipe clean any urethane using Mopar(R) Super Clean or a similar product, before installing the cowl grille, rear view mirror support bracket, rear view mirror and retainer. When the urethane has hardened, remove the strips of tape and check the windshield by wetting it.
