How to Service and Repair a Brake Booster on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

When servicing or repairing the power brake booster, first empty as much brake fluid from the reservoir using a suction gun. After that, remove the master cylinder from the booster, then get rid of the booster vacuum hose and check valve. Pull out the pedal push rod clip and then take off the booster nuts. Move the HCU off the rubber mounts and when you have the space needed, remove the booster from the car.
