How to Maintain and Fix a Brake Booster on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Start the vacuum brake booster service by using a suction gun to get as much brake fluid out of the reservoir that you can. Then, separate the master cylinder from the booster, get rid of the booster vacuum hose and check valve. Take out the clip from the pedal push rod and the two booster mounting nuts. After that, take out the HCU from the rubber mounts and move it slightly so you can access the booster. Finally, have someone else take the booster out from the vehicle.
