How to Service a Dimmer Switch on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

In order to service dimmer switch, one must first disconnect the battery negative cable and wait a period of two minutes in order to disable the airbag system. Take off the cruise control switch then unscrew the multi-function switch and trim out of the steering column. Lastly, disconnect the multi-function switch with the trim.
